Elizabeth Joins Compugen Systems as the Senior Director of Finance, People + Compliance
[Houston, TX] August 1, 2023–Compugen Systems Inc, is proud to welcome Elizabeth Ancona, CPA, to its Senior Leadership Team, effective today. Elizabeth is joining Compugen Systems as Senior Director of Finance, People + Compliance. With 20 years of experience as a financial leader in the technology industry, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her new role. Her responsibilities will include managing the budget, forecasts, and relationships with key financial partners like J.P. Morgan, while serving as the executive champion for the People + Culture team.

A graduate of SUNY Oswego, Elizabeth joins Compugen Systems most recently from Day Automation where she worked as Systems Manager of Financial Systems. Prior to that, she held accounting and financial leadership roles with IT companies, ComSource and Annese, a ConvergeOne Company. In 2017, Elizabeth was honored as a prestigious 40 Under Forty winner by the Central New York Business Journal.
Elizabeth resides in Syracuse, New York, with her husband Pete, son Petey, and daughter Charlee. She is an active Advisory Board Member for the Syracuse Salvation Army, an organization she has been involved with since 2012. She is also a long-time supporter of the Big Brothers-Big Sisters program. She enjoys running, biking, being outdoors, and spending time at the pool with her kids.
