When you use the Website, we will utilize the “core location” as part of your mobile device GPS and we will collect real-time location information about your longitude, latitude and altitude and may save your device's coordinates. This information identifies your physical location. We will also access your mobile device camera to collect real-time images of your face necessary to provide the facial recognition feature of the Website.

You will provide information to be published or displayed ("Posted") through the Website once you’ve logged on (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of third parties with whom your User Contributions are shared with. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

You can review and change your personal information and password by logging into the Website and visiting your account setting page.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms and Conditions.  

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to hello@comougen.com.

Governing Law
