| View in browser     Hi friend,   The new year brings plenty to look forward to, but for those of us in IT, it also signals a period of heightened security risk. While your team may be taking some much-needed downtime, phishing scams are not—and AI is making them harder to spot, from customized emails to convincing chatbots on fake websites.   Even if your organization isn’t in retail, it’s still a smart time to reinforce cybersecurity hygiene.
